The club was aware that upwards of 12 engines were planning to attend on the day and this number was advised/accepted by the organiser before hand.

 Unfortunately, 2 days before the event a phone call was received from the museum trustees saying space was limited and a maximum of 6 engines could attend. 

Due to this statement it was decided there was no option other than to cancel the event.

 Discussions are on going between NWSEA & the  museum over attendance at any future events organised by the museum.
